He is a highly respected practitioner in the Luxembourg market for employment and social law, and his proficiency in individual and collective terminations is unparalleled. With his extensive experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and social plans, Christian advises on any aspect related to employment contracts. He is also a valuable consultant on the incorporation, transfer, merger and restructuring of companies.
In addition to his legal practice, he is a lecturer in employment law at the House of Training and the Chambre des Métiers, cementing his reputation as an expert in the field.
