Jorge SARAIVA is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Finance Litigation department, with 5 years of experience in this field. Before joining the firm in 2019, he gained experience in the legal department of one of the largest Luxembourg companies.
Jorge advises in various commercial disputes with a specific focus on shareholders’ litigation. He is also regularly involved in matters concerning the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards in Luxembourg coupled with enforcement proceedings.
In addition to his legal practice, he was elected to the board of the Young Bar Association of Luxembourg (Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg, CJBL) in July 2022 and has been actively involved in representing the association until September 2024.
