EXPERTISE

Daniel NERL is a Counsel in the Employment and Social department.

He assists clients on day-to-day labour law matters (terminations, sickness, staff delegation rights, etc.). He has developed a considerable expertise in litigation matters as he represents clients in the various stages of lawsuits before the labour courts including the Cassation Court.

In addition to his legal practice, Daniel is a regular lecturer at the House of Training (Chamber of Commerce) since 2014.
