Sylvain specialises in corporate law and handles international cross-border restructurings and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also covers the financing aspects of the transactions, such as the drafting and review of credit agreements and security documentation, as well as the drafting of capacity and enforceability opinions.

Sylvain was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2013. Before joining the firm, he worked at a Big-4 firm and at a Luxembourg law firm.
