Muriel is a Counsel in the Commercial and civil litigation practice of KLEYR GRASSO. She is also part of the German Desk providing a dedicated offering to German and German-speaking clients from the D-A-CH region.

She regularly assists international and local clients in negotiating and setting-up contracts and further advises on pre-contentious matters, including cross-border aspects. She has in-depth expertise in negotiating settlement agreements and represents clients within court proceedings if no extrajudicial solution can be found.

Prior to joining KLEYR GRASSO, she was a Legal Director in a leading Luxembourg law firm.

She holds a Master Degree in International Business Law (2008-2010) from the University of Paris XI and a Bachelor in Private Law from the University of Nancy. Muriel has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011.
