Marc KLEYR
Marc is the managing partner and co-founder of the firm. Head of the firm’s corporate finance insolvency litigation team, he is highly regarded in the market for his experience in commercial and corporate litigation, with a special focus on shareholders’ litigation, finance litigation and insolvency related litigation.
Marc has a unique expertise in international insolvency cases. He was involved in the largest and almost all of the high profile restructuring and insolvency cases in Luxembourg.
In the past few years, he has been focusing mostly on dispute resolution.
