Lina LOBEFARO is a Counsel in the Employment practice group of KLEYR GRASSO. She has gained an extensive experience over the last 8 years in Luxembourg social and labour law. Lina advises clients on a wide range of labour and employment law issues, notably with a focus on terminations, sickness, settlement agreements, and drafting of employment contracts. Lina is also a lecturer at the House of Training and contributes to employment law reviews, such as the Revue Pratique de Droit Social of Legitech in which she recently published an article on the notion and the burden of proof related to the status of senior executives.
