Jérôme BUREL is a Partner in the Corporate Finance and M&A department. Jérôme has over 18 years of experience in Luxembourg corporate law, specialising in restructuring operations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Additionally, he regularly advises boards of managers and senior management on corporate governance issues. Having been involved in major international insolvency proceedings early in his career, Jérôme's experience also extends to the corporate and transactional aspects of the insurance and reinsurance sector. Jérôme is a member of the Luxembourg legal group of the British Chamber of Commerce.
