Emilie WATY
Emilie specialises in commercial, banking and finance litigation and has a strong experience of over 10 years in debt recovery relative to cross-border and international litigation which deals with matters relating to attachment proceedings as well as recognition and enforcement in Luxembourg of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards. She also regularly gives lectures in commercial law at the House of Training.
