Henry DE RON is a Partner in the Real Estate & Construction department. He joined the firm in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience within the firm.

 

Henry focuses on civil and commercial litigation involving liability issues and also advises his clients on real estate matters and insurance issues.

 

As a former President of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg, he remains concerned with lawyers’ ethics and the queries of young attorneys about the legal profession. He was re-elected as a member and elected as treasurer of the Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Luxembourg in 2020.

 

In addition to his legal practice, he is a teaching assistant at the University of Luxembourg and a lecturer for the Luxembourg Bar Admission Classes (CCDL). He is involved in the Consumer Law Clinic (Clinique du droit de la consummation) where he shares his extensive knowledge and insights with the next generation of legal professionals.
