Born in Luxembourg, February 1976

Pascal specialises in corporate, finance and insolvency related litigation. In addition, he has substantial experience in advising and assisting clients on cross-border insolvencies and restructurings, including distressed situations. Pascal has more than 10 years of experience working in these areas.

Pascal also lectures on commercial and corporate law at the Luxembourg School for Commerce.
