Jean-Paul SPANG | Partner

Born in Luxembourg, December 1967

Jean-Paul specialises in corporate and financial law, mainly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets. He is a highly recognised practitioner in his practice areas. and boasts an experience of over 20 years. He started his career with Loesch & Wolter in 1992, where he became a partner in 1998. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was a partner with Linklaters LLP for more than 10 years.

Jean-Paul is the author of various publications in the area of company and financial law, as well as co-author of books on company and securitisation law. He is also a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg and a regular speaker at conferences.
